Zazulyak Ivan Bogdanovich – the vice-chancellor of the research scientific work.
He is the founder of the Kherson Economics-and-Law Institute.
In year 1962 he graduated with honors the Lviv Forestry Engineering Institute, worked at the shipyard.
In year 1965 graduated with honors the Kherson branch of the Odessa Polytechnical Institute (today the Kherson National Technical University).
Since year 1969 till 1977, had been working in Kherson Industrial Institute (today KNTU).
Since 1995 he has been working as the vice-chancellor on the educational work of the KELI.
