Kuzmenko Lyudmila Valentinovna - the vice-chancellor for Education and Methodology
In year 1084 Kuzmenko Ludmila graduated the Kherson Industrial Institute, specializing in spinning natural and man-made fibers being awarded with the qualification of industrial engineer.
In 1984-1986 she worked in elective positions in the Komsomol district committee of Radomyshl, Zhytomyr region.
Since year 1986 till 1997 he worked in the Kherson Industrial Institute as the secretary of the Komsomol committee of the department and the assistant at the department of spinning natural and man-made fibers.
In year 1997 she graduated from the Kherson State Technical University being awarded with qualification of economist.
Since 1997 and today she has been working in the Kherson Economics-and-Law Institute.
In year 2001 she defended her thesis and she was awarded with the scientific degree of candidate of technical sciences. I n year 2003 with the decision of the Certification Board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Kuzmenko L. V. got the academic title of the Associate Professor of the “Finances” department. In the same year, she received a diploma of the Doctor of Philosophy.
Kuzmenko L. V. is the author of 5 textbooks with the signature stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and more than 30 scientific papers. Today she is a doctoral candidate of the Institute of Industrial Economics of the Academy of SciencesUkraine.
