The Dean of “Jurisprudence” and “Foreign economic activities” department

The dean of this department is Osadchaya Tatiana Stanislavovna, the candidate of economic science, the associate professor.
She graduated the department of economics of the Kherson National Technical University (1999). She is the master teacher of “Accounting and audit” department of the Kherson Economics-and-Law Institute (2001). She passed the postgraduate course at the Kherson National Technical University (2004-2007), defended her dissertation on subject “The management of the rural tourism system” in the institution of higher education, in the Kiev National Economic University named after Vadim Getman (2007). Became the associate professor of the “Accounting and audit” department of the Kherson Economics-and-Law Institute (2007). There are 19 studies, including 1 monograph, 5 tutorials published.
Since year 2007 she has been the Dean of the “Jurisprudence” and “Foreign economic activities` managing” departments of the Kherson Economics-and-Law Institute.
The educational work: the course “Book-keeping”, “The Financial accounting’, “Accounting in small businesses”, “The judicial and account examination”.
The main directions of the researches:

The whole set of the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects directed to the realization of touristic services in the countryside;
The improvement of the stocktaking assets and obligations of private enterpreneur, accounting of the small businesses activities, including management subjects – individuals.

Qualification: the Lawyer

The lawyer – the most promising profession of the XXI century. Such an expert makes the application of law in all spheres of person`s activity. This person is the most advanced, erudite and highly educated.
The graduate of the “Jurisprudence” department can fill his position in the tribunal, in the Security Service of Ukrsine, in the bodies of self-government and executive power, at the justice establishments, at the Department of domestic affairs and customs supervision, as the consulting lawyer at the enterprises, firms and banks of any form of property.
After the fourth year of studying at this department one continues his education according to the curriculum of the Odessa National University and gets the Specialist`s or Master`s diplom.

Foreign economic activities managing

This specialty is modern, complex and interesting.
The broad specialist in managing of the foreign economic activity of the enterprises, the companies, intermediary firms in the field of marketing using new information technologies.
The expert in the foreign economic activities` managing should be skilled and have knowledge in documents of the contract, two foreign languages and to possess the new information technologies.
Having graduated the university termination the specialist may fill the first positions: the customshouse broker, the manager of foreign economic activities, the expert in Managements of foreign economic activities in state and municipal bodies of power, the consulate representative and the representative of the foreign-trade offices of Ukraine abroad.
